Magna’s eDrive systems integrate advanced technologies across the eMotor, inverter, gearbox, and software into compact electric drive units. These include advanced inverter technologies, including silicon and silicon carbide technologies, or sustainable eMotor technologies with rare and heavy rare earth-free concepts. Magna’s eDrives are available as 3-in-1 systems and, optionally, as 2-in-1 systems combining the eMotor and gearbox. Park lock, eDecoupling, and torque management options are also available.
